If you are accessing 98pk on behalf of a third party or as part of a shared device arrangement, you accept these Terms on behalf of that third party and are responsible for ensuring compliance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 98pk platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 98pk may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Underage Access: 98pk takes underage access seriously. Any account found to have been created by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.
Each player may maintain only one active account at 98pk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different personal details, payment methods, or devices are used. Discovery of multiple accounts operated by the same individual will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and all balances (including winnings) from the duplicate accounts being forfeited.
The 98pk platform is operated for and directed at players in Pakistan. Players accessing 98pk from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and 98pk bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
Current employees, contractors, directors, and close family members of 98pk and its affiliated partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions. Any account found to be held by an excluded person will be closed immediately.
To create a 98pk account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are the person to whom the information relates.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pk account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 98pk will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted from your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 98pk immediately upon discovery.
98pk may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and/or documentation relating to your payment methods. Accounts that do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is complete. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with 98pk's Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your 98pk account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, update them in your account settings promptly. 98pk is not liable for failed communications, missed promotional notifications, or payment complications arising from outdated account information.
98pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in PKR. 98pk does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment sources.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 98pk wallet are from legitimate sources and are lawfully yours. 98pk reserves the right to request source of funds documentation before processing large withdrawals. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited and will result in account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
Withdrawals from your 98pk wallet are subject to the following conditions: your account must be in good standing; your identity must be verified; any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed; and withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account. 98pk reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 98pk reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration charge of Rs 200 to accounts that remain inactive. You will be notified by email before any such charge is applied. Inactivity charges will not reduce your balance below zero.
All bonuses offered by 98pk are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply at the time the bonus is issued. These specific terms will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. Where any conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
The 98pk welcome bonus (100% match up to Rs 50,000 on first deposit) is available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion can be withdrawn. Qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection for sports bets or on casino games with a contribution rate of at least 10%. Welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of first deposit and completed within 30 days of issuance.
When a wagering requirement is active, bets placed from your real money balance are placed first. Bonus funds are wagered only when your real money balance is zero. The following game contributions apply toward wagering requirements: slots — 100%; table games and live casino — 10%; sports betting — 100% on bets at odds 1.50 or above; sports bets at odds below 1.50 — 0%.
98pk reserves the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk; coordinated play with other players; or providing false information to obtain a promotional offer. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 98pk's sole discretion.
Fair Play: Bonuses at 98pk are designed to reward genuine players who use the platform for entertainment. If our systems identify that a pattern of betting appears designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine gaming purposes, 98pk reserves the right to remove bonus eligibility from the account.
Unless specific terms state otherwise, the maximum withdrawal amount generated from bonus play (after wagering requirements are met) is capped at 10x the original bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus carries a maximum bonus-derived withdrawal of Rs 50,000. Real money winnings generated from real money balance are not subject to this cap.
All bets placed at 98pk are subject to acceptance by the platform. 98pk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular activity, system error, or clearly displayed incorrect odds. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player.
The minimum single bet stake at 98pk is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account type. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day — these limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 98pk reserves the right to adjust individual stake limits without prior notice.
Bets may be voided by 98pk in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant bet market can settle; the bet was placed on odds that were clearly erroneous; the result is subject to an official inquiry that prevents settlement; or a technical error affected odds or bet acceptance. Where a bet within an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. 98pk uses live data feeds from verified sources and settled bets are final once the result is confirmed. In the event of a result reversal after settlement (such as a disqualification), 98pk will re-settle the bet in accordance with the updated official result, which may result in winnings being reclaimed from a player's wallet.
In-play betting markets at 98pk update in real time. The brief delay between live action and platform updates is an inherent feature of real-time betting — 98pk does not guarantee that in-play odds reflect the precise current state of play at every millisecond. Exploiting known delays ("courtsiding" or equivalent) is classified as prohibited conduct under Section 10.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games at 98pk use certified random number generation technology audited by independent third parties. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate and apply over statistically significant sample sizes — individual sessions may produce results above or below the stated RTP. Each game session at 98pk is independent and prior outcomes have no bearing on future results.
Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers using physical equipment in real-time. 98pk uses video streaming technology to provide live feeds to players. In the event of a video stream interruption during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome as recorded by 98pk's server logs. Where a complete determination cannot be made, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event of a software error, malfunction, or systems failure during a casino game at 98pk, any affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. Wins resulting from a game malfunction or error do not constitute valid wins and will not be paid. 98pk will not pay out results that arise from clearly erroneous software states, regardless of what appeared on the player's screen.
Minimum bets on casino games at 98pk start from Rs 100 per round for selected slot titles. Table game minimums start from Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by game title and are displayed within each game's interface before play begins. VIP players may negotiate custom limits via their account manager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pk platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the player, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Remaining real money balance (funds deposited and not derived from bonus activity) will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to 98pk and completing any necessary fraud or compliance checks. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player with no Terms breach, the full wallet balance will be returned.
Players may close their 98pk account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure that all pending bets have settled and withdraw your remaining balance. 98pk will process the account closure within 5 business days of receiving a verified closure request.
